This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases of goods, software, and services (collectively, "Services") made from Datahase Dev Private Limited ("Datahase," "we," "us," or "our") through our website www.datahase.com or otherwise. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing any Services from Datahase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Datahase does not accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
1.2. For Subscription Services (monthly or annual), cancellation of future billing cycles may be requested by contacting us at [email protected]. However, no refund shall be provided for the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the subscribed Services until the end of the current billing period.
1.3. You are strongly advised to review your order, service details, and all applicable terms carefully before making any payment.
2. Replacement Policy
Datahase does not accept replacement requests under any circumstances. Please review your order and service requirements carefully before making a payment.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. General Policy: All sales are final. Datahase does not provide refunds except in the limited circumstances described below.
3.2. Eligible Refund Scenarios: Datahase may consider refund requests only in the following cases:
- Proven defects in the delivered product or software that render it substantially unusable for its intended purpose.
- Damage during transit (applicable to any physical deliverables, if any).
- Significant and documented service deficiency where the delivered Services materially deviate from the agreed-upon specifications or statement of work.
3.3. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, customers must contact Datahase within 7 (seven) days of delivery or service completion by:

The refund request must include:
- Order or invoice number
- Detailed description of the defect, damage, or service deficiency
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, photographs, logs, or other documentation)
3.4. Review and Decision: Datahase shall review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and may accept or reject the request at its sole discretion. Datahase reserves the right to request additional information or conduct its own assessment before making a decision.
3.5. Refund Processing: If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- The refund timeline will be communicated by Datahase at the time of approval. Typically, refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval, subject to the processing timelines of the payment gateway and your bank or financial institution.
- Datahase shall not be responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution in crediting the refund to your account.
3.6. Non-Refundable Items: The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
- Subscription fees for the current billing period (even if the subscription is cancelled mid-cycle).
- Custom development or consulting services where the deliverables have been provided as per the agreed scope.
- Any service where the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete requirements.
4. Disputes
Any concerns or disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be handled directly between Datahase and the customer. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
5. Changes to This Policy
Datahase reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
